BeTTus provides premium event planning and management services, including but not limited to corporate events, weddings, private parties, and destination events across the USA.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to venues or resources required for event execution.
All services require a deposit upon booking. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon methods.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event may forfeit the deposit. Please contact us for specific details.
BeTTus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, USA.
